Shipping, returns and the small print
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier. You receive a tracking link by message or email.
Shipping is free over $60. Below that, the rate is calculated by destination and confirmed before dispatch. Any customs duty is paid by the customer.
Returns
Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days in the original packaging. Write to us first so we can send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece is faulty or arrived damaged.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days. We replace it or refund it, including the original shipping.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed to fulfil an order: name, phone, address and any note you add. We do not create accounts, sell data, or add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
The site stores your language choice and cart in your browser. You can clear both from your browser settings at any time.
Terms
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the header and converted from USD at a fixed rate. The final total is confirmed by message before dispatch. Handmade pieces vary slightly in size, glaze and colour; those variations are not defects.
