Orders leave the warehouse within two working days. You get a tracking link, not a promise.
Where the courier supports it, you pay when the box arrives. Otherwise we send a transfer link.
Unused, in the original packaging. We cover return shipping on anything that arrives damaged.
Messages are answered by the two people who pack the orders, usually within one working day.
Why HOMA
We work with four workshops in Dehua, Porto, Ho Chi Minh City and Yogyakarta. Each one does a single thing well, and each batch is small enough that we can check it by hand before it ships.
The catalogue stays short on purpose. If a piece is not better than the version you already own, we do not add it.

We ship to the US, UK, EU, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India. Delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
No. You send an order request and we confirm the total by message. Where the courier supports cash on delivery, you pay when the box arrives. Otherwise we send a transfer link.
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace the piece or refund it, including the shipping.
Every product page lists the measured size. Handmade ceramics and textiles vary by 1–2 mm or about 2%. If a piece is more than 5 mm off, we replace it.
Yes, within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
